On November 12, 2024, the 49th International Convention on Quality Control Circles (ICQCC) was held in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The QC achievement "Reducing the Inspection Time of Electronic Grade CO2 Heavy Trucks" reported by the Explorer QC team of Cryogenic Energy Company was awarded the International Gold Award by the conference. ICQCC is the highest-level conference in the field of international quality management, known as the "Quality Olympics." This conference, themed "Innovation, Vitality, and the Beauty of Quality," was attended by more than 2,000 online representatives and over 2,800 offline representatives, with more than 1,000 best quality innovation and improvement projects from various countries and regions participating. The QC achievement "Reducing the Inspection Time of Electronic Grade CO2 Heavy Trucks" reduced the inspection time from the original 18 hours to 7.9 hours through process optimization and equipment improvement measures, reducing customers' loading waiting time and greatly enhancing customer experience. It passed the selection and review of the Henan Quality Association and the China Quality Association, ultimately reaching the highest level of the international QC group activities.
The honor was achieved because the company insists on being customer-centered, continuously improving product and service quality, and promoting "company-wide QC knowledge popularization and company-wide improvement and innovation." In 2025, Cryogenic Energy Company will continue to uphold the innovation principle that "there is room for improvement in everything, and everyone has space for growth," optimize internal operational efficiency, improve product and service quality, and create greater value for customers and society with minimal resources.
