Xinlianxin Shengleng Energy Won the Henan Province Science and Technology Progress Award

Recently, the Henan Provincial People's Government website published the "Decision of the Henan Provincial People's Government on the 2022 Henan Provincial Science and Technology Awards" (Yu Gai [2023] No. 13). The achievement titled "Key Equipment and Process Integration Innovation and Application for High-Value Reuse of Coal Chemical Tail Gas," jointly developed by Henan Xinlianxin Cryogenic Energy Co., Ltd., Central South University, and Xinjiang Cryogenic Gas Co., Ltd., won the third prize of Henan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.

Through the integration of production, education, research, and application, this project has undergone nine years of collaborative efforts to achieve key technological innovations in the high-value reuse of coal chemical tail gas. It developed a series of technical routes including dual-tower distillation, heat pump distillation, two-stage coupled distillation, and combined bubbling reaction and distillation processes. The project has resulted in more than 30 national patents, including 5 invention patents, 1 national standard, 8 enterprise standards, and over 10 published papers. The project mainly uses distillation principles to extract high value-added gases such as CO2, CO, and CH4 from coal chemical tail gas, turning high-purity electronic-grade products from waste into treasure.

In the future, the company will further strengthen cooperation with higher education institutions and high-level research units, focus on strategic goals, accelerate the development of new products and technologies, strive to achieve new breakthroughs and leaps, and continuously enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
