Hot 1: the world's first "containerized carbon dioxide cascade freezer" Suzhou made

From 0 degrees Celsius to minus 40 degrees Celsius, only 20 minutes, and zero emissions, no pollution to the environment ...... Recently, a self-developed by Jiangsu Su Jing Group "containerized carbon dioxide cascade freezer" sent to Indonesia. This equipment is mainly used for just salvaged salmon and other fresh seafood quick-freezing freshness and transportation. "Although the quantity is small, this is a mobile container freezer made of carbon dioxide refrigeration unit, which is the first of its kind in the world", said Dr. Xiong Dan, one of the main persons in charge of the development of this equipment.

Into the Su net group innovation research and development building in the relevant laboratory, the reporter saw the use of carbon dioxide refrigeration technology development of products such as air conditioning, supermarket freezers, heat pumps and many other types. This laboratory was established less than two years ago, has obtained Jiangsu Province, the city of science and technology project support funds of more than 600 million yuan, the use of carbon dioxide as a refrigerant manufacturing heat pumps, has been used in a number of units of large-scale heating facilities. The export of Indonesia's "containerized carbon dioxide cascade freezer" is another new product developed by Su Jing Group.

Refrigeration equipment, facilities, the core medium is refrigerant, that is, refrigerant. Currently on the market ordinary refrigeration equipment, facilities products, such as air conditioning, cold storage, cold cabinets and other refrigerant is mainly Freon. This chemical synthesized in the 1920s has a drawback, under the action of strong ultraviolet light it will decompose and release chlorine atoms, which will continuously destroy ozone molecules in the atmosphere. One chlorine atom can destroy tens of thousands of ozone molecules.

Carbon dioxide, on the other hand, is a natural refrigerant that is non-polluting to the atmosphere, has good heat-transfer properties and a large cooling capacity, and also saves energy and reduces consumption. "At present, the world's use of carbon dioxide as a refrigerant manufacturing refrigeration equipment, facilities quite a lot, but, like this, the introduction of this refrigerant into the refrigeration system compounding, and then combined with the container to use the technology is the first of its kind."

"We have developed this 'containerized carbon dioxide compounding quick-freezing storage' has a 'body type' moderate, easy to move, refrigeration speed, from 0 degrees Celsius down to minus 40 degrees Celsius, only 20 minutes, the freezing point is low, the as low as -40 degrees Celsius, and fully automatic operation." Xiong Dan said, on this basis, this year the company will further broaden the field of application of this technology, to develop more new products. For example, the use of carbon dioxide heat pumps to manufacture water heaters, both one-time production of up to 90 degrees Celsius of high-temperature water, is used in the processing of some special products in the field, but also in the minus 30 degrees Celsius environment to produce high-temperature water, for many climatic conditions of the work of the harsh conditions to bring about certain improvements.

In November 2014, an Indonesian seafood freezing equipment company wanted Sujin to develop an efficient, environmentally friendly and energy-saving quick-freezing cold storage, which should also be convenient for storage and transportation, and realize fully-automatic integration. This demand coincided with a new topic being jointly developed by Sujeong Group Postdoctoral Research Station and Sujeong Anfa.

In order to help the customer solve the problem within the specified time, the chairman of the group led the project leader and integrated relevant resources to set up a new technical team. From drawing design, material procurement, to processing and assembly, parameter testing, which basically meets the technical requirements, to the final packaging and shipping to Indonesia, it only took 60 days.

Hot 2: Chongqing bonded port area equipped with 3000 tons of CO2 cold storage

Reporter learned on February 9 from the Chongqing Municipal Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, in order to ensure the efficient operation of the West's only designated port of imported fruits and imported meat, Chongqing Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine and the bonded port area to strengthen the construction of the cold chain inspection and supervision of the library, strict food safety.

According to the reporter's understanding, the bonded port area of imported meat and imported fruit designated ports of infrastructure with a total construction area of about 1613 square meters. Among them, the inspection warehouse covers an area of 1,246 square meters, including a 503-square-meter meat freezer and a 243-square-meter fruit refrigerator. In addition, the inspection and quarantine departments have built a 3000-ton record cold storage in the water port function area of the bonded port area, which adopts internationally advanced carbon dioxide compounding refrigeration technology and is equipped with on-site sampling room, office, video monitoring and other inspection and quarantine facilities.

Hot 3: Russia imported 6,500 tons of carbon dioxide in the first half of 2014

The Russian carbon dioxide (carbonic acid gas) market research completed by the marketing agency in October 2014 showed that in the first half of 2014, the Russian carbon dioxide market volume of 220,420,000 tons, and in 2013 the market volume was 435,760,000 tons.

The largest share of volume traded on the Russian carbon dioxide market is Russian domestic products. 213.95 thousand tons of carbon dioxide were produced in Russia in the first half of 2014, compared to 417.9 thousand tons in 2013.

In the structure of the federal districts, the largest production of carbon dioxide was in the Volga Federal District, the Central Federal District and the Siberian Federal District. In the structure of the constituent entities of the Federation, the largest CO2 producers are the Tula Region, the Republic of Tatarstan and the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

In the first half of 2014 Russia imported 6,500 tons of carbon dioxide. The largest sources of Russian CO2 imports are Finland, China and Ukraine. in 2013, Russia exported 164.4 tons of CO2. in the first half of 2014, Russia exported 71.1 tons of CO2. Most of the Russian CO2 is exported to Abkhazia, Ukraine and Turkmenistan.

Seasonality of production and demand, as well as the obsolescence of production facilities have a significant impact on the development of the Russian CO2 market.
